Class B vacuum autoclaves with 45 or 80 litres
The WAVE AUTO Series comprises compact Class B vacuum autoclaves for steam sterilisation in laboratories. It is available with a 45-litre or 80-litre horizontal chamber made from S30408 stainless steel. The adjustable sterilisation temperature range extends from 105 to 134 °C.
Reference cycles at 121 and 134 °C, two pressure gauges and an integrated thermal printer support controlled and traceable workflows. AUTO45 and AUTO80 provide a choice between a more compact footprint and greater batch volume.
Frequently asked questions about the WAVE AUTO Series
- What is the difference between AUTO45 and AUTO80?
- AUTO45 has a 45-litre chamber measuring Ø 316 × 621 mm. AUTO80 increases capacity to 80 litres and chamber dimensions to Ø 386 × 692 mm.
- Which sterilisation temperatures can be selected?
- The adjustable range is 105 to 134 °C. Reference cycles are specified at 121 °C with a minimum holding time of 15 minutes and at 134 °C with a minimum holding time of three minutes.
- How can process data be checked on the unit?
- An LCD shows process information. Two pressure gauges and the integrated thermal printer support process control and documentation.
CLASS B PROCESS
The vacuum-assisted process removes cold air before saturated steam sterilization, supporting steam penetration for suitable loads.
