Co-founder & CEO
Michael founded WAVE Trockensysteme in Vienna and leads the company's strategy, product direction and international growth. His background spans more than three decades in finance, online business and manufacturing — building ventures from Austria's leading financial newsletter to global e-commerce operations before turning his focus to commercial freeze drying.

Mechanical Design Engineer
Thach is a mechanical design engineer with strong experience in 3D CAD modeling, product development, and manufacturing drawings. He supports projects from concept to production, with a focus on practical and manufacturable design solutions. Since 2019 Thach has been working together with WAVE on freeze dryers and has become an expert in this field.
PLC Developer
Viacheslav is an expert PLC Developer with over 10 years of experience in machine building and a formal education in industrial automation. He specializes in advanced control systems, focusing on efficient, high-performance logic for complex machinery and integrated production lines. Leveraging a deep background in industrial engineering, Viacheslav delivers precision-engineered automation solutions that meet the highest technical standards.
