De FD480 combineert het FD450-platform met hoge capaciteit – 24 individueel gestuurde laden en 4 koelcompressoren – met het continue werkingsprincipe van de FD470: een externe koelval onderin met automatische ontdooiing. Het resultaat: tot 250 kg ijsextractie per cyclus of onbeperkt continubedrijf in de Infinity-modus.
WAVE FD480
De FD480 is een unieke machine met gepatenteerde technologie ontwikkeld door WAVE. Het kan in drie verschillende modi werken:
FD440-modus
IJs wordt direct in de hoofdkamer verzameld, net als bij de FD440 en FD450. Snel en zeer effectief – tot 130 kg ijs per cyclus.
Infinity-modus
Vocht wordt verzameld in een externe koelval onderin de machine. Zodra de val vol is, ontdooit deze automatisch en gaat het drogen verder. De hoofdkamer blijft altijd droog – het proces kent praktisch geen capaciteitslimiet.
Boost-modus
Het proces start met de onderste koelval en schakelt daarna ook de kamerkoeling in. Gecombineerd kan tot 250 kg ijs in één cyclus worden afgevoerd – ideaal voor vochtrijke producten zoals koffie, melk en andere vloeistoffen.
