SLM-PRINTED CuCr1Zr venturi manifolds
Designed as a one-piece CuCr1Zr copper-alloy manifold for Selective Laser Melting. Set the connections on both sides to review the geometry and a preliminary estimate; final socket tolerances and production release are agreed with the manufacturing partner.

Why SLM-printed CuCr1Zr
One continuous body
The manifold and its internal contour are printed as one body, reducing assembly joints in the flow path. Leak tightness is verified separately before production release.
Designed for brazing
Every connection is nominally sized for standard copper tube and spaced for torch access. Printed undersize, machining allowance and final brazing clearance remain part of the manufacturing review.
Any combination you need
Both sides are independent — twelve in and one out, four and four, whatever the circuit needs. Match the outlet to the combined flow, or size it down deliberately to hold a pressure drop.
