WAVE BIG WINTER BLAST 20 is a configurable blast freezer container for batch freezing. The 20-foot design combines 2 side-mounted refrigeration units with side access for loading. Its insulated container layout provides a dedicated freezing area at your production or logistics site. WAVE plans the system around your product and loading process. Target temperature, throughput and freezing time are sized for your application and specified in your individual quotation.

BUILT AROUND YOUR FREEZING PROCESS
System sizing considers the product, incoming temperature and target core temperature. Batch weight and cycle time determine the refrigeration requirement.
2 UNITS IN THIS DESIGN
Side-mounted refrigeration units keep the access area clear. Unit type, refrigeration capacity and refrigerant are selected for the operating conditions.
SIDE ACCESS
Side access is opposite the refrigeration equipment. Door opening, loading trolleys and handling clearances are planned together.
AIRFLOW AND LOADING
Packaging, pallets and trolleys affect airflow. The loading arrangement therefore forms part of the technical design.
SITE AND CONNECTIONS
WAVE coordinates the footprint, service clearances, electrical supply, condensate drainage and commissioning with your site.
