De FD260 gebruikt Siemens Simatic als PLC. Onze software is gebruiksvriendelijk en maakt flexibele programmering van het droogproces mogelijk; elke parameter kan worden aangepast. Het drogen kan in maximaal 10 cycli worden uitgevoerd en de gerapporteerde statistieken geven u inzicht in de effectiviteit van het droogproces om uw eindresultaat te optimaliseren.

KWALITEIT
De FD260 gebruikt industriële vacuümtechnologie en heeft een geëxtrudeerde vacuümbuis van 7 mm dik. De sluitlichamen zijn verkrijgbaar in geanodiseerd aluminium of roestvast staal. Het apparaat wordt vervaardigd in onze fabriek in Wenen.
SERVICE
Wave heeft zijn hoofdkantoor in Oostenrijk. Wij leveren en ondersteunen klanten in heel Europa. De FD260 is uitgerust met onderhoud op afstand. Reserveonderdelen zijn altijd beschikbaar. Wij hebben ook een servicecentrum in de VS.
MODULARITEIT
De FD260 heeft een modulair ontwerp en kan worden bediend met 1-12 compartimenten, die individueel kunnen worden gemonteerd en bestuurd. De apparaten zijn stapelbaar en kunnen als cluster worden bediend.
KOSTEN
