The WAVE Gate is a purpose-built vacuum gate valve designed to open and close under balanced pressure — either full atmosphere or full vacuum on both sides. Because the valve never has to actuate against a pressure differential, it is substantially lighter, smaller and lower cost than conventional gate valves of the same size. Available in five standard nominal diameters: DN 100, 150, 200, 250 and 320.

Configuration
QUALITY
Machined aluminium / stainless-steel body with elastomer gate seal. Every unit is assembled and leak-tested at the WAVE factory in Vienna.
PURPOSE-BUILT
Designed specifically for balanced-pressure isolation — the gate opens and closes only when both sides are at the same pressure (both atmospheric, or both evacuated).
FIVE SIZES
Available in DN 100, 150, 200, 250 and 320 mm — covering the most common freeze-dryer chamber and inter-stage connections.
COSTS
A fraction of the price of differential-pressure gate valves. Starting from EUR 1,200 for DN 100, scaling by size.
