The SL990 uses a sliding transparent vacuum chamber to collect ice and reuse it for the next batch of production, reducing energy usage up to 40%. With 72 compartments and 17.3 m² of surface area, it delivers maximum throughput. Side-accessible drawers with integrated shock froster allow fast loading without losing valuable time. Built with Blitzer compressor, Siemens controller, Leantech rails and Edwards pumps — manufactured in Vienna.

QUALITY
The SL990 uses industrial vacuum technology. It only uses top branded material such as a Blitzer compressor, Siemens controller, Leantech rails, Edwards pumps and more. The device is manufactured in our factory in Vienna.
SERVICE
Wave has its headquarters in Austria. We supply and support customers throughout Europe. The SL990 is equipped with remote maintenance. Spare parts are always available. We also have a service center in the US that serves our US customers.
PRODUCTIVITY
The SL990 features a completely new design and approach to freeze drying. The drawers can be accessed from the side. The lower part of the machine is a shockfroster. You can quickly load from the shockfroster to the machine without losing valuable time. Defrosting is faster and cleaner compared to any other machine and the ice is reused to save energy on the next batch.
