The WAVE 20570 is a mobile container freeze-drying solution that integrates four IC570 units together with freezing capability inside a standard 20" shipping container. The unit only requires an electrical hookup and can reach full operational status within hours, making it ideal for deployment inside a factory hall or hangar. With 416 trays (40×60 cm), it can process up to 2,000 kg of material over 24 hours — approximately 10,000 meals per day.

MOBILE
The 20570 integrates four IC570 units and freezers for the same amount of trays within a standard 20" shipping container. This machine simply requires an electrical hookup and can be fully operational within just a few hours, ideally inside a factoryhall or hangar. Its compact size for the capacity is unprecedented.
AUTONOMOUS
The machine is fully equipped for mass and continuous operation, including freezing capabilities for all 416 trays of the unit. It comes with extensive maintenance resources, replacement parts, and tools to ensure continuous operation. Equipped with Microsoft's HoloLens 2, the Wave team provides remote assistance for operation and repairs, enhancing support and efficiency.
POWERFUL
The machine can dry up to 2,000 kg of material over 24 hours on its 416 trays, each measuring 40x60 cm, which equates to approximately 10,000 meals per day. Additionally, it has the capability to extract 2,000 kg of water from soil, plants, or similar sources to produce potable water.
TECHNOLOGY
The 20570 is equipped with eight of our most powerful cold traps to facilitate fast and efficient drying. It utilizes two large Edwards screw pumps and Blitzer compressors for freezing. The operation is managed through a Siemens-controlled PLC, which maintains constant communication with our service center via mobile network, Skylink, or satellite network, ensuring optimal performance and immediate support.
