The WAVE Mule is a wheeled transfer trolley that lets operators slide the complete loading unit — drawers, trays and shelves — out of an FD440, FD440 MAX or FD470 freeze dryer in a single move. Use it to load the machine from a fully prepared rack, to swap loads between batches, and above all to roll the entire loading unit to a sink or wash area for thorough cleaning. The Mule keeps every shelf level, supported and at the correct height, so transfers are smooth and the chamber stays clean. It is built from stainless steel and aluminium, fits all three FD440-family machines, and adds a serious uplift to throughput, hygiene compliance and operator ergonomics.

Removing the whole loading unit at once means the chamber, drawers and trays can be washed in a sink or wash area instead of being cleaned in place — far better hygiene for food, pharma and lab production.
