The WAVE N2 20 produces nitrogen using pressure swing adsorption (PSA). The proposed configuration delivers 20 Nm³/h at 99.9% purity and a PSA outlet pressure of 0.6 MPa. The system includes a screw compressor, air receiver, refrigerated air dryer, filters, PSA unit and a 300 L nitrogen storage tank. The compressed-air supply uses a four-in-one station with a 380 L receiver. WAVE helps size the system for your gas demand and plan installation.

NITROGEN FROM COMPRESSED AIR
The PSA unit is specified for 20 Nm³/h at 99.9% nitrogen purity. Required purity, simultaneous gas demand and the operating profile determine the appropriate model.
COMPRESSED-AIR SUPPLY INCLUDED
The four-in-one air station combines a screw compressor, 380 L air receiver, refrigerated air dryer and filters. The PSA unit receives treated compressed air.
NITROGEN STORAGE TANK
A vertical 300 L nitrogen storage tank is part of the proposed system. Interconnecting piping and skids are included in the proposed scope.
